Contact Us

  • Cancellations must be submitted via the system prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
  • Returns must be initiated within 180 days of order delivery.
  • Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
  • If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
  • Upon our instruction, remaining items must be returned to our facility in original condition to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping fees may apply.
  • We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees may apply.
  • We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
  • Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
  • Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.Β
